Based in the Waikato, we specialise in commercial, residential, and public projects of any scale, near and far. Our work responds to the complexities of site, social context, regulation, and budget with rigour and dedication to craft. Our team has an advanced knowledge of design, documentation, design management, and construction observation.

APPROACH
Full Architectural Design
We guide you through the entire design journey—from initial concept development and feasibility studies to fully resolved architectural plans. Our process is collaborative and tailored, ensuring your project is thoughtfully designed and ready to build.
Consent Documentation & Council Liaison
We prepare comprehensive drawings and technical documentation for building and resource consents. Our team manages submissions and communicates with local councils to resolve RFIs, helping to streamline approvals and reduce delays.
Construction Support
We can stay involved during the construction phase—providing design clarification, construction observation, and other support to ensure the final outcome aligns with the original vision.
Visualisation
We can create 3D visualisations of your project in-house with still images or walkthrough videos. Get a better idea of what your design will look like once it’s built, or use the imagery to boost the marketing appeal of your commercial project.
Design Management
Large design projects, like commercial or multi-residential projects, involve multiple consultants. Our team is experienced in leading large design projects by coordinating the efforts of other disciplines, such as structural, services, civil, fire, and acoustic engineers.
